* Keeping abreast of the most current viable technology and equipment capabilities and adhering to global standards.
* Assist in developing the Design Basis Report and support the Design team to ensure the desired quality.
* Technical evaluation as well as peer review of the project requirements.
* Develop electrical load calculations and detailed load schedules.
* Selection and design of electrical equipment, panels, and cable sizing.
* Design the building service in line with the requirements of DEWA, DCD & Etisalat & DU authorities.

• Designing and preparation of Electrical, Low Current, and Fire Alarm Shop drawings for Luxury Villas, Residential, Schools, Warehouses and Factories.
• Electrical Load estimation and preparation of schedule according to DEWA / SEWA / FEWA rules and regulations.
• Review the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, methods statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.
• Reviewing submittals prior to submission to the Consultant.
• Ensure that all civil obstructions have been cleared to MEP contractor to proceed with MEP activities
• Ensure that no conflict may happen between civil and MEP team
• Engage with authority at beginning of project to insure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of project to ensure disconnection of utility services.
• Coordinate with temporary connection team to provide power /water where required.
• Review the weekly reports, forward work plans and daily reports to verify comprehensive activity documentation.
• Designing and preparation of Electrical, Low Current, and Fire Alarm Tender drawings for Luxury Villas, Residential, Schools, Warehouses and Factories.
• Electrical Load estimation and preparation of schedule according to DEWA / SEWA / FEWA rules and regulations.
