Leading team of Planning / Cost Control Engineers and Quantity Surveyors handling the Project Planning & Cost control functions right from Award of Project till completion stages. Having worked with major clients viz. ADCO, Bourouge, Takreer, ADCO, ADMA, EMAL, GASCO and work involves Monitoring of Project Progress, Variation Works, Preparation of Management reports, Attending Sub contractorss', Client review meetings.
Control of all Resources related with the 741 km pipeline project from Khartoum Refinery to Port Sudan with 3 Main Spreads; Leading the team of REspective Spread Planning Engineers / Material Controllers for effective utilization of Resources inc. Construction Materials / machinery.
