• Lead and manage the O&M team and sub-contractor under us and ensure that all the assets are operated in Energy eficient and Sustainable way and maintained on best operating condition by delivering corrective and Preventive maintenance task in timely manner with best quality.
• Managing all the contractors, suppliers at venue, follow up with them in regular meeting for all the O&M issues and ensuring that works are performed at the desired level of quality, standards within target time and highlight the area that needs improvement.
• Developing maintenance procedures (SOP, Emergency response Procedure, Contingency Plan) and ensuring its training and implementation.
• Handle Escalation and Emergencies, respond and resolve all fault within facilities by liaising with internal technical teams and 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution
• Responsible for Preparing diferent type of report like weekly and monthly progress report, Incident report, Damaged asset report, NCR, DNP etc.

• We Are Responsible for Multiple Warehouse and Hub_ Plant Operations of 30 to 65 Employees with The Experience Of 1 Year, including Shift Supervisors, Shift Technician and All Down Team, Dock Administrators, Maintenance coordinator, Equipment Management. Develops, coordinates, and monitors maintenance programs to ensure continuous operations. Manages All Assets Equipment and monitors utilities Electrical Equipment and energy programs.
• Manages 24/7 Plant and Hub operations, personnel, and Administrative Duties & Develop financial asset planning for the buildings maintenance requirements for the managed stock and draft of the annual technical budget (CAPEX & OPEX).
• Providing hands on facility support where required (e.g., installation of new equipment, decommissioning of equipment, replacement of faulty equipment, internal audits…etc.) Oversee technical compliance.
• We Have Submitted the Invoice to Finance Department for Vendor Payment After Work Completion of Vendor.
• SPOC for all engineering & infrastructure related issues across \[Licious.com\] Living vertical. This includes MEP services, HVAC, Asset maintenance, power backups, lifts, appliances, civil works etc. Responding to open maintenance tickets, resolve issues and get tickets closed within given TATS. Work with central
team to optimize electricity, fuel, water, R&M costs and lead independent eficiency projects to bring in process improvements.
• Identification and developing vendors for all maintenance related works. Performance monitoring of vendors to ensure SLA adherence.
• Evaluate quotations submitted by vendors for various works to optimized costs.
• Oversee site management including building maintenance, site security, health and safety, environmental requirements.

• Maintain Earth Resistance Test Report, Stack Emission Test, Transformer Oil Test, Fire Protection Test Report, and Incident Tracker and Prepare the Monthly Operating Review.
• Managing and Monitoring Vendor services and ensure adherence to SLAs. And Support work order management for in-house staf and vendors, as necessary. And Track the Following Complaint

• Maintained the Facility Inspection Checklist like General Housekeeping, Thoroughfare Emergency Exit, Electrical, Hazardous Substances and Dangerous Good, Stair and Step and Landing, Amenities, First Aid, Fire Control, Hot Work, Mobile Plant Equipment, Machinery and Workbenches, Personal Protection, Building Maintenance.
• Manage the Downtime/ Breakdown.
• To Achieve Excellence in Preventive Maintenance Program at Client with Highest Standard and Ensure Energy Conservation Practices.
• We were planned the process of troubleshooting, safety measures, Data escalation and observation of system operations to ensure compliance.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all
procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Maintain the logbooks, AMC, checklists and PPM schedules for sites and Updating of Process and SOPs of the ongoing projects and documents them properly. And Document Reports submit to the Operation Manager.
• Responsible for ensuring maintenance/ repairs of site-critical facility infrastructure or a Data Centre are planned and executed to the best interest of the business (Technical field EE, ME, Industrial E).
• Manage the Operation Team Deployment at the Site and Analyzing customer health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ownership of all Corporate Ofice and Data Centre changes/events/incidents/problems from beginning to end as well as overseeing the completion of post-mortems, root cause analysis and follow-up resolution actions.
• Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports. And Conduct site inspection report on daily basis. Assist the Operation manager to Review the maintenance/service practices of Vendor to deliver quality work practices in line with the recommendations.
• Interacting with the clients for Report Generation Daily, Weekly, Monthly, yearly as per Requirement and understanding their requirements efectively.
