JPrincipal Accountabilities:-
 Prepares preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and upload work request into CMMS.
 Obtains a permit to work for each job as necessitated by the safety and associated procedures.
 Ensures the compliance of IMS and safe working environment while working on any equipment.
 Ensures maintenance tasks are completed by the technicians as per work orders generated in CMMS.
 Ensures work done notes on maintenance carried out is documented in CMMS.
 Produce reports as necessary on any maintenance activity.
 Plans for and ensures that maintenance of all electrical equipment is in accordance with OEM manuals and best practices for the equipment.
 Along with the lead engineer, ensures electrical maintenance planning is correctly scheduled so that all equipment is maintained as per recommended intervals.
 Reviews electrical maintenance procedures and suggests where they can be improved.
 Performs engineering technical support to field operation team and troubleshooting regarding production of power and water generation plant.
 Collects data and analyzes maintenance performance and cause of failures to the aim of proposing facility enhancement modification or its optimization in organizing predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance and overhauls accordingly.
 Provides leadership in resolving complex technical issues.
 Specifies requirement for spare parts and equipment and ensures spare parts availability.
 Experienced in protection testing of all electrical equipment’s.
 Directing, leading and motivating workforce, imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
Equipment’s handled in DEWA - Dubai Electricity and Water Authority:-
 Responsible for daily routine maintenance and supervising of all major and minor maintenance activities of 1080MW capacity combine cycle power plant and it’s related all electrical equipment’s.
 Maintenance and troubleshooting of Gas/ Steam turbine generators, Excitation systems, switch gear panels, motor control Centre, relay panels, rectifiers, inverters, VFD and PLC controlled panels.
 3x311.5MVA GE makes Frame 9FA Hydrogen cooled Gas Steam turbine generators, EX2100 excitation system, LCI2100 Turbine static start system and its related auxiliaries.
 2x220MVA Toshiba makes steam turbine generators with brushless excitation system and its auxiliaries.
 11KV AVG makes Black start generators and 380V CAT makes Emergency diesel generator.
 Alstom makes 15.75KV SF6 Generator circuit breaker, ABB makes MV/ LV switchgears.
 Mitsubishi makes Power and distribution transformers and its OLTC inspection were done.
 Waste heat recovery steam generator, Auxiliary Boiler and its rotating equipment’s.
 CEG make Battery chargers and UPS (uninterrupted Power supply System), Batteries: Ni-Cd & LA.
 Oil and Gas (NG) pumping/ processing station rotating equipment motors for pumps, compressors.
 MSF desalination, Cathodic protection system of Main sea water intake system, DFO and MFO pipelines.
Major works carryout in DEWA:-
 Lead maintenance team in executing minor/ major overhaul work of GE make Hydrogen cooled generator and Toshiba makes steam turbine generators.
 Lead maintenance team in the repairing work of 15.75 KV Alstom makes SF6 GCB after major flashover.
Achievements:-
 Departmental appreciation letter received from Sr. Manager for my sincere and dedicated efforts on successful completion of BPST major overhaul works in DEWA.

Experience 2 Equipments handled in R.K. POWERGEN (P) Ltd
Equipment’s handled in RK Powergen P ltd:-
 Responsible for Shift Electrical operation and maintenance of 25MW Bio-mass thermal power plant and its equipment’s including generator, MV/LV switchgear, Motors, VFD drives and ash handling systems.
 Preparing monthly export/ import report and submit invoice to management.
 1x25MW TDPS make steam turbine generator with brushless Excitation system and its auxiliary system.
 11KV Alstom Generator circuit breaker and 66KV open switched yard. Boiler rotating equipment’s.
 6.6KV Alstom make MV switchgear and 430V L&T make LV switchgears and protection relays.
 Battery chargers and UPS (uninterrupted Power supply System), Batteries: Lead Acid.
 Emergency Diesel Generator (1x320KVA) 440V Crompton Greaves make.
 Electrostatic Precipitator- Rectifier transformer, BHEL make BAPCON controller for ash handling system.
Major works carryout in RK Powergen P Ltd:-
 Lead group of technicians in erection, commissioning and testing of 2MVA station service transformer, Motor Control Centre, 1000HP motors, belt/ chain conveyors and its protection control system.
 Excitation systems with UNITROL-F AVR system make ABB.
