To Lead financial planning and analysis team comprising of Senior Managers/Managers/Business analysts and support CFO, CEO on their decision making process.
Budgeting, forecasting (monthly, quarterly & full year) & strategic plan
Management/Business reporting (Daily MIS, Monthly Flash, MBO, Monthly Performance report (Bankwide/Retail banking/Corporate banking/Treasury/ALCO), product profitability, branch profitability, presentation packs for Board, Excom, Rating agencies, ALCO, Peer group, Market Intelligence report, and other adhoc reports as required by management
RARORC reporting by business by customer by RMs
Capital planning & management, dividend distribution etc.,
Support Financial control team for quarterly/annual disclosures on various notes segmental reporting, CAR, Interest rate/Liquidity risk gap analysis
Central bank regulatory reporting on Basel III capital adequacy ratios/LCR/NSFR/Leverage ratios etc., Profitability by branches as required by SAMA for opening new branches (Rural/Urban)
FSA / COREP / FINREP Reporting to RBS, UK and Netherlands (DNB & ECB)
Liaise with External auditors/Internal auditors/Central bank (Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency "SAMA") Auditor's/inspection team
Lead a team of Analysts, supporting CFO. Review and sign off various reports before submitting to Central bank. Management reporting : daily balance sheet, Income statement, Management reports (Flash report/ Monthly MIS Pack covering the Bankwide/Retail banking/Corporate banking/Treasury performace vs budget vs previous year). Preparation of Annual budget, monthly forecast. Review of various packs (Board/Rating agencies/Peer group).
Preparation of Management reports (Flash report/Monthly performance report/MBO), Involved in the team for preparation of Annual budget, quarterly forecast and strategic plan, prepared various packs (Board/Rating agencies/Peer group).

1.To conduct various Audits viz., Statutory, Internal, Tax.
2.To prepare Project Report for working capital and term loan for clients.
3.To prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, companies, firms.
4.To appear before the Commercial Tax officer for completing Sales Tax Assessment of Clients
