 Manage & coordinate with large, more complicated substation, Underground cables, OHT line projects from Saudi Electricity Company approved project with commissioning the project right time.
 Monitor cost control, direct and motivate the project team during planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning and project final handover to O&M team.
 Conduct & Participate in pre-bid reviews, design stage reviews and project execution site meetings to evaluate quality of the project with project completion schedule.
 Follows up with all appropriate management to ensure understanding and satisfaction the scope of project.
 Manage & develop the project plans in advance of project activity ensuring effective execution by the Project contractor Team and the subcontractors.
 Monitor site progress through weekly& monthly progress meetings with contractors and sub contractor.
 Review and sign the contractor progress billings pursue timely payments to the contractors and authorize material suppliers and subcontractors.
 Direct and advice to contractor and sub contractor scopes of works. Evaluates subcontractor proposals with the development team members. Selects reliable subcontractors to provide electrical, plumbing, lighting, mechanical, specialized construction or other services.
 Manage the contractor submittals, change orders, requests for design, materials and installation requirement as per corresponding project scope.
 Coordinate and solve the financial or quality issues between contractor and subcontractor.
 Close all technical issues and finalize to complete the project a successful start-up and commissioning of the systems to the end user.
 Make the project final walk-thru and manages the completion of all close-out documentation such as snag closing, As-Built drawings and system operating instructions and test reports,
 Handover the excess materials, spare parts, special tools and O& M manuals, final test reports to the end user as per scope of project.

 Drawing Review for Transformers (200MVA, 100MVA, 20/25MVA, 20 MVA) and Vendor (G.A, Rating plate & schematic etc) of specified transformers.
 Vendor drawing Review of LV Switchgear panel GA & Cut-Out drawings and switchgear panel and Circuit Breaker review
 Vendor drawing Review of 220kV GIS, 132KV GIS, 33KV GIS Single line Diagrams, Routine & Type Test Certificates
 Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of HT/LT Motors up to 1000 KW, ACB/VCB, HT/LT Panels, Switchgears, Lighting Systems
 Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Power and Distribution Transformer’s HT/LT Motors, MCC Panels, HT/LT Switchgears, AC Drives, EOT Cranes, HT/ LT Cable Work & Different types of Elect. Instruments.
 Quality assurance plan (QAP) review for 220kv GIS, 132 kV& 33GIS.
 Vendor drawing review of HT capacitor bank.
 Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
 Coordinating with various departments related to project.
 Project document management system
 Battery, Battery Charger and Un-interrupted Power Supply System Sizing.
