• Responsible for planning, execution, coordination, testing, commissioning, and
handover of all MEP systems in a data center project, ensuring redundancy, compliance,
safety, quality, and timely delivery as per Tier standards (Uptime / TIA / client
specifications).
• Planning & Design Coordination:
◦ Review and coordinate MEP designs, specifications, schematics, and shop
drawings and ensure compliance with Uptime Institute (Tier III / IV), TIA-942,
NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, IEEE, and local authority codes.
◦ Coordinate with Consultants, Architects, IT and Client to resolve design clashes.
◦ Validate single line diagrams, load calculations, redundancy paths (N+1, 2N).
• Electrical Systems Management
◦ Oversee execution of HT/LT systems, Transformers, DG sets, UPS, PDUs, Bus ducts, Earthing & Lightning protection.
◦ Ensure power path reliability, redundancy, and fault tolerance and Coordinate utility power interface and synchronization.
◦ Review relay protection, SCADA, EPMS, and BMS interfaces.
• Mechanical Systems Management
◦ Manage HVAC systems including Chillers, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, and controls.
◦ Ensure cooling redundancy, airflow management, hot aisle/cold aisle containment.
◦ Review thermal load calculations and energy efficiency
• Fire Protection & Life Safety Systems
◦ Manage Fire detection & alarm systems (VESDA, smoke detection).
◦ Execute fire suppression systems (FM-200, NOVEC 1230, inert gas).
◦ Coordinate sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire pumps.
◦ Ensure integration with BMS & emergency shutdown systems.
• Plumbing & ELV Systems
◦ Oversee plumbing, drainage, RO, treated water, and fuel systems.
◦ Coordinate ELV systems: BMS, EPMS, Access control, CCTV, PA, Structured cabling interfaces.
• Construction & Site Management
◦ Plan and monitor MEP construction activities, manpower, and resources.
◦ Coordinate with civil & interior teams to avoid interface issues.
◦ Ensure works are executed as per approved method statements & ITPs.
◦ Resolve site technical issues promptly.
• Testing, Commissioning & Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
◦ Lead pre-commissioning, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.
◦ Plan and execute Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
◦ Coordinate load bank testing for DGs & UPS systems.
◦ Ensure zero-downtime philosophy and failover testing.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance
◦ Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure documentation.
◦ Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings & standards.
◦ Manage snag list closure and final acceptance.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
◦ Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and site safety norms.
◦ Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statement approvals.
◦ Maintain zero accident safety culture.
• Vendor, Contractor & Stakeholder Management
◦ Manage MEP contractors, suppliers, OEMs, and commissioning agents.
◦ Review technical submittals, material approvals, and procurement schedules.
◦ Coordinate with client, consultants, and authorities.
• Project Controls & Reporting
◦ Monitor MEP schedules, budgets, and cost control.
◦ Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
◦ Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Documentation & Handover
◦ Ensure preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test reports.
◦ Support client training and final handover.

• Designing of Electrical distribution systems for the High raised buildings, IT Parks, Data Centres, Industries, Hospitals and etc.
Preparation and finalization of Electrical drawings like Schematic single line diagram which indicates electrical scheme of
Distribution and utilization, Electrical general Arrangement layouts which indicates the arrangement of various Electrical
Equipments such as Transformers, DG Sets, MV Panels, UPS, UPS panels, and etc.,
• Preparation and finalization of Bills of Materials (BOM) as per approved schemes and layouts, specifying electrical equipments.
• Preparation of technical-commercial tender documents, including approved makes, schedules of panels, cables, light fixtures, etc.,
for contractual works.
• Co- ordination with the Client, Architect, other consultants (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Security system) and with other
Agencies for their requirements and prepare the design to match as per requirements and specifications.
Project Handled:
• Mother & Childcare Hospital University, - 1, 50, 000 Sq. ft area with Rs. 5.5 Crores budget.
• Elkayem Ancillaries Ltd @ 1, 10, 000 Sq. ft area with Rs. 4.5 Crores budget
• (including 105 Nos. Guest houses, 2 Nos. etc., ) 5, 00, 000 Sq. ft area with Rs. 10 Crores budget.

MEP Project Management & Planning:
• Discussions with consultants and end users for finalization of requirements related to MEP services, including Data and Telecom
systems; preparation of project budgets and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Finalization of MEP design, scope of work, conditions of contract, tenders and the Master Project Schedule for project execution.
• Ascertainment of specifications and development of project schedules and plans for works, expansions, and upgradation projects.
• Monitoring project status through periodic review meetings and regular site visits.
• Monitoring on-site activities to ensure project execution
