✓ Followup the Site activities periodically for sequential supply of material as per erection sequence.

✓ Making a Monthly Project review meeting with Client for Technical and Commercial correspondence & clarification which are critical for project progress.
✓ Overseeing the Site activities periodically for sequential supply of material as per erection sequence.
✓ Analyzing the drawing for BOM to coordinate with manufacturer and our site people for sequential supply of material as per site requirement.
✓ Negotiating with supplier for time frame and commercials involved for job completion.
✓ Frequent visits and follow up's with suppliers for critical items.
✓ Equipment inspection at vendor place for dispatch clearance.
✓ Forwarding the Lorry Receipts to Site for delivery of material to site from transporter godown.
✓ Ensuring the receipt of correct commercial documents such as excise invoice from supplier and forwarding the same along our commercial invoice to customer for smooth cash flow.

✓ Coordinating with finance department to make timely payments to vendors, for the items which are critical for the project progress and completion.
✓ Organizing service engineers from vendors for erection supervision, and to avoid problems that might occur during the no-load trials, and commissioning.
