• Directly Report to the Project Mangers, and Vice President about all aspect related to the Project.
• Scheduling all EPCM activities using Primavera P6, Summary Reports, Progress ‘S’ Curves, Cash Flow Plans
• Preparation Internal weekly MIS reports which gives the quantitative progress of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement, Construction progress, Milestone achievement and Critical issues.
• Two and Four week look ahead programs, Monitoring of works including weekly progress check and analysis, change of internal program as and when required, Periodic Reports along with progress curve/progress updates, Risk assessment, and suggestion of mitigations measure to avoid impact in progress of works, preparation & review of time claims as well assisting QS in preparing cost claims, checking of variations from subcontractors, progress invoicing, tendering, draft correspondence, perform progress meetings etc.
• Directly Report to the Vice President and Estimation Manager about all aspect related to the Tenders.
• Study all available information, discuss technical aspects with specialists concerned, company historical information, and agree a project execution strategy and methods with the estimation team as a basis for formulating the tender schedule.
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the proposed project and with consideration of organizational and project monitoring aspects
• Coordinates schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
• Produce the final Tender Schedule to the level of detail as specified in the tender documents or as deemed appropriate.
• Develop a Procurement Schedule in fully co-ordinated with respective departments &Sub-contractors.
• Resource load the schedule with manpower and major materials quantities as deemed appropriate. This data will be extracted from final estimate reports received from the Estimate Manager.
• Preparing Project organization chart, resource table & histograms as per the Considered Productivity & Cashflow charts.
• Preparation of Project method statements which comprise as Site layout, Temporary facilities, Plants, Access routes, Cranes services, Site offices, Labour shed, Toilets, Storage areas, Temporary power, Lighting, Constraint items and general constructions approach of project based on the execution schedule including graphical presentations
• Participating in construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
• Manage all cost, planning & document control departments. Develop the detailed budget/cost allocation, controls scheduled (primavera P3).
• Develop and implemented procedures for Cost, planning and Document control for compliance with the contract and also for our own internal controls.
• Review and revise all reports, evaluate/amend and take necessary actions required.
• Documents prepared and negotiated for 9 variation issued by the client including cost/time impact.
• Also negotiated for the scope, terms and conditions of the subcontractors and all claims from sub contractors.
• Preparation of detailed quantity take-off/estimate base on contract documents, drawing and tender specification for all discipline.
• Monthly Valuation & Certification from consultant, Monthly Invoice’s of Sub-Contractor’s, Outstanding QC documents, Forecasting schedules, Daily Reports, Safety reports using QCS software as standardized by USA COE.
• Directly Report to the Project Manager and Project Director.
• The work involved preparation and monitoring of the master programme that involved detail study of the contractual and technical requirements, close co-ordination with various managers from construction, procurement and services department.
• Coordinated between Planning & Estimation team for preparation of the resource histograms based on the materials quantities & man- days required.
• Up-date & forecast Weekly/Monthly Progress Report (include commodity Curves, itemized Production Monitoring & labour supply situation etc, )
• Update Monthly Progress Accomplishment Reports prior to Billing purposes & Evaluate and approval of Sub-contractors Progress Billing.
• Liaise with the consultants and Architectural Staff with regard to all site activities and drawing discrepancies.
• Attend Subcontractor/Site Staff /Weekly Coordination Meeting with the Consultants, Management Group and preparation of memorandums.
• Analysis of superstructure and Substructures Bridge using STAAD Pro.2005 (such T-Beam Bridges, Bow String Bridges, Culverts, Staging and Foundations.)
• Design of Bridge structure, foundations Staging and Station Buildings as per Railway Code Specifications
• Drafting
• Plans prepared for Residential Apartments & Commercial Buildings as per the client requirements.
• Structural Analysis & Design of Concrete Frames, Slabs &Footings using STAAD Pro

Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering 8.016/10 GCPA (First class with Distinction) I am a graduated Civil engineer with “First class with Distinction” from SASTRA University, which is one of the esteemed universities in India as a highly capable individual with a strong academic background. As I have taken my graduation after my Diploma in Civil Engineer, since the start of the year I have undertaken a part time job with a local engineering company. This work experience and what I have learnt from it about material science geotechnical, design projects and construction management. This passion for engineering has led to an ambition to gain a degree qualification which I can then use as a stepping stone to becoming a qualified civil engineer.
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 85.33 %( First class with Honours) I have successfully completed my Diploma in Civil Engineering with “First Class with Honours” from Tamilnadu Directorate of Technical Education at Shanmugha Polytechnic Collage.
