Calculation and lighting distribution & lighting SLDs. Preparation of Earthing &
Lightning calculation and review of their layouts. Review of Trench sizing calculation,
Tray sizing and Loading calculation. Review of Civil Input related to concrete and
steel quantity. Review of installation drawings.
Tinrhert field development project for Sonatrach, Algeria. The project was an onshore
Separation and Boosting facility and the EPC contractor was Petrofac, UAE.
✓ The work involved preparing technical specifications, Data sheet, Material
Requisition, Technical queries to vendor and their technical bid evaluation,
issuing Purchase Order for LV Switchgear, Power & Distribution transformer
and Neutral earthing resistor.
✓ Vendor drawing review of LV Switchgear, Power & Distribution transformer
and Neutral earthing resistor.
✓ Load schedule, Cable schedule, Interconnection schedules, Solar power
Load list for Well heads using Aveva.
✓ Review of mechanical packages Nitrogen generation, Compression package
with thyristor control panels, Cranes, Low energy centrifugal pumps.
❑ Turkstream-RT & onshore pipelines construction project for South stream transport
B.V, Turkey. The project was an onshore gas receiving terminal and the EPC
contractor was Petrofac, UAE.
✓ The work involved preparing technical specifications, Data sheet, Material
Requisition, Technical queries to vendor and their technical bid evaluation,
issuing Purchase Order, Vendor drawing review of HV and LV Cables,
Electrical Distribution Board, Lighting fixtures, Local control stations, Junction
Boxes, Cable Gland, Cable trays, Earthing and lightning protection materials.
✓ Performed HV & LV Cable sizing calculation, Earthing and lightning protection
calculation, Lighting calculations and providing inputs for preparing single line
diagram.

✓ The work involved preparing Specifications, Data sheet, Technical Requisition
and Purchase Order for Distribution boards/Bulk materials/ Modular electrical
buildings and their technical bid evaluation, Vendor drawing review.
✓ Co-ordination with Vendors and Client, Co-ordination with Sub Contractors,
Providing engineering assistance for modular building fabrication including
installation/commissioning of different switchgear like 33kV Gas insulated
switchgear (GIS), 6.6kV air insulated switchgear (AIS), 400V LV switchgear,
DC/AC UPS, DB’s/Transformers, Provide clarifications/guidance/technical

support to construction /commissioning team to resolve site issues, Client
concerns.
❑ ALRAR Project for SONATRACH (EPC), Algeria. The project was an onshore inlet
separation and Boosting facilities and the EPC contractor was Petrofac, UAE.
✓ The work involved preparing Specifications, Data sheet, Technical Requisition
and Purchase Order for NER and their technical bid evaluation and their
Vendor drawing review.
✓ Also prepared Heat load calculations for HVAC design input.
❑ Jazan project, Saudi Aramco (EPC), Saudi. The project was an onshore refinery and
marine terminal, and the EPC contractor was Petrofac, UAE.
✓ The work involved Preparation of Specifications, Data sheet, Technical
Requisition and Purchase Order for electrical distribution board and their
technical bid evaluation.
✓ Performed lighting calculation with AGI32 software and involved in heat
tracing design.
❑ Dragon oil project, The project was an modifications in offshore wellhead platforms
and the EPC contractor was Petrofac, UAE. \[Secondment to Turkmenistan -
Offshore platform\]
✓ Data collection from offshore platforms for modifications.
✓ Replacement of Distribution boards and associated LV cables.
❑ Kashagan Field Development - Experimental program project, Agip KCO (EPC)
\[Secondment to Kazakhstan\]
✓ Responsible for preparation of Heat tracing design calculation, Load list and
their circuit schedules and cable schedules. Review of heat tracing isometrics
and P&ID.
❑ Gas Sweetening facilities at Mesaieed-SRU & Dukhan-AGRP project, Qatar
petroleum (EPC),
✓ Preparation of Cable schedule & inter-connection schedule. Review of
substation Equipment layouts/Lighting/Earthing/Cable routing layouts.
Proposal/Pre-Bid work involved
❑ Performing various electrical equipment’s sizing calculation for major like
Transformers/Generator/UPS/Batteries/Heat load based on the project requirement.
Vendor offer review for above mentioned various Equipment’s/modular electrical
buildings, Material selection based on Hazardous area classification layouts, Cable
Trench Layouts, Cable tray Layouts, Bus duct arrangement, Earthing Layouts,
Lighting layout, Panel arrangement layout. Co-ordination with other discipline for
Civil/Instrument/Telecom/Mechanical/Process inputs. Preparation of Bill of material
for bulk items and support to procurement for following Bids.
