- Preparing project budgets and periodic budget estimates
- Developing budgeting and cost management plans, including regular updates
- Monitoring projected expenditure against the approved budget estimate, identifying cost variances and working closely with project managers
- Data management; Managing data by consolidating information from various resources in different formats and prepare executive reports with high accuracy
- Preparing prolongation cost submissions for each EOT (Extension of Time) submission and act as the single point of contact for prolongation cost matters, attending necessary cost meetings/audits with consultants and clients.
- Tracking project variation orders, analyze their status, expectations, and cost effects, and report to management.
- Creating detailed short and long-term cash flows, including funding studies, financial expenses (such as bonds, LC costs, insurances, etc.), liabilities, and executive cash reports.
- Assisting the finance and accounts team with banks' queries regarding projects, financial needs, and risks.
- Managing the project’s Risk & Opportunities Report and Risk Register
- Reporting directly to Area Director and Headquarter Executives
- Tracking and managing all contractual issues and their cost impact
- Following up the Subcontractor’s certificates, payments, change orders, and assessing associated risks.
