• Approving purchases from CEO: Approving all purchasing done by the purchasing departments to ensure the company do not overspend or purchase unnecessary products with maintaining the company budget. Getting CEO’s approval to finish the purchasing.
• Communicating with suppliers: Maintaining communication with existing suppliers and continually network with potential product suppliers to ensure the company maintains a properly stocked inventory, and the company is paying the best price for products.
• Employee supervision: Overseeing the activities of the purchasing departments and all lower-level employees, monitoring the performance of the purchasing team, providing feedback and support, as well as training employees to ensure all employees follow the rules and regulations.

• Creating reports: Ensuring the purchasing departments are maintaining their assigned budgets, and keeping track of inventory purchased to create weekly, monthly and annual reports according to company policies. These reports are given to President and are used to balance accounting books.
