• Responsible for managing and supervising day to day technical
operations and quality control of high-rise building (8 storey)
construction projects.
• Key Responsibilities will be On-site Management, Technical
Guidance, Quality and Compliance, Planning and
Documentation, Safety and Health, Resource Management.

• Managed Fire Protection System project average budget
PHP 6.8 Million.
• Making designs calculations, sketches and / or diagrams to help
prevent fire or fire spread (fire strategy);
• Incorporate fire safety procedures into designs - such as
sprinkles system, emergency exits and fire alarms - to minimize
the risk of injury and loss of life in the event of a fire, taking
into account both the structural integrity of the building and
human behavior;
• Visiting project/ construction to advise on the or
implementation of the design;
• Keeping up to date with regulations and legislation;
• Writing reports on fire strategy;

• Multi task position from 5 AM to 1 PM I work as a Site
engineer, from 6 PM to 9 PM I work as a Quantity Surveyor at
the office.

• Technical and Quality Control such as interpreting drawing and
designs, setting out and surveying, quality assurance, material
management.
• Site management and supervision such as, supervising on-site
work, manpower and equipment, problem solving, progress
monitoring in order to meet the SCHEDULE deadline.
• Safety and compliance.

• Managed Water System project average budget SAR 900
Million and Waste Water System project average budget

• Managed Road Maintenance/ Asphalt overlaying and side walk
average budget SAR 128 Million.
• Technical Supervision: interpret engineering plans, drawings,
and specifications.
-Provide technical guidance to construction teams and solve
problems on site.
-Witness and approve field and lab tests, and raise/close work
inspection requests (WIRs).
• Quality and compliance: ensure construction adheres to project
specifications, Saudi Arabian codes (e.g. SBC) Saudi Building
Code, international standards (e.g. ASCE, ASTM). and and Environment (HSE) pre-inspections before formal client or consultant
inspections.
• Project management and coordination: monitor daily site
activities, and timelines.
-Coordinate with the project manager, engineers,
subcontractors, and the client
-Manage resources, including material and workforce.
-Maintain detail and accurate project documentation, including
progress reports daily diaries, and safety logs.
• Reporting and communication: Prepare daily, weekly, and
monthly progress reports for management.
-Report any site issues, delays, or safety concerns to the
construction manager.
-Maintain clear and professional communication with all
stakeholders, including the client and subcontractors.

• Managed Warehouse project average budget PHP 11 Million,
and Renovation of Domestic Airport average budget PHP 6
Million.
• Renovation of Domestic Airport: Conduct quality inspection
for the alignment of the perimeter fence of the airport in
conformance to project specifications and shop drawing.
• Prepare inspection for the foundation material of the runway
and its proper compaction.
• Checking the ready-mix concrete if it is passed to the desire
design.
• Conduct inspection of repainting, tiling of the floor and
installation of new ceiling of a passenger area of the said
airport in conformance to project specifications and shop
drawing.
• Warehouse Project: Inspect the roof of the building if it is free
from leakage.
• Check and inspect the decorative blocks and the paint of the
building according to specification.
• Conduct quality inspection of the sanitary of the building if it is
properly working.
• Designing the 44 square meter roller gate of the building.
• Conduct weekly meeting to review manpower requirements,
materials status and resolution of clarifications and other issues.
