Significant Highlights:
•Leading overall retail operations performance to ensure sales, profitability and business growth for the Confectionary Retail Division including optimum stocking, increase in customer satisfaction, desired visual merchandising, retail operations with world class customer experience and international standards.
•Displayed excellence in monitoring the set financial targets to attain overall goals, sales results and objectives of all existing and new concepts.
•Holds merit of introducing, monitoring and assessing cost control and cost reduction measures on continuous basis. Established and enhanced existing concepts’ operational procedures (SOPs).
•Augmented brand visibility for key brands such as Candylicious, Hershey’s Chocolate World from USA, Garrett Popcorn from USA & Spun from UK, Yogurtland from USA
•Drove retail operations across 10 stores.
•Strategized plans to ensure maximum enhancement in the revenue per Sq. Ft, basket size, average transaction value, foot fall conversion of the stores in conjunction with buying team.








Key Responsibilities:
•Leading and managing all aspects of retail store operations, including setting up stores from scratch and maximizing sales through careful planning and inventory management.
•Ensuring attainment of company goals, objectives, and policies in the management of operational activities of the store. Attending to customers and replenishing inventory on time.
•Providing operational direction, coaching, and store performance reporting to achieve company goals and objectives. Determining key seasonal strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
•Managing team and coaching employees to ensure performance excellence and development. Identifying new business opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
•Ensuring timely resolution of production issues by working collaboratively with various teams to reach quality and deliver objectives.
•Working closely with Project Team, heading all projects related to Confectionary Retail section including but not limited to developing new concepts, opening of new outlets, etc.
•Evaluating customer satisfaction with products and services in coordination with the store managers. Ensuring all legal documents are in place with timely renewals done through the concerned departments.
•Providing appropriated suggestion in innovation and creativity in the products / items in line with the Principal’s expectations along with the buying team.
•Entrusting with the accountability to develop an inventory system for all items for all the concepts and for streamlining of the existing stock monitoring system along with Supply Chain Department.
•Engaging in recruiting the right Retail personnel as per the job profile along with HR and ensuring staffing before 1 month to 15 days
