Carried out material receiving inspection and review MTC as per project requirements
Preparation complete material receipt inspection documents.
Preparation ITP, Method Statement, MAR.
Preparation WPS, PQR & WQT for welding process like GMAW,
SAW and SMAW.
Conducting internal audit and reports for QMS ISO 9001:2015.
Witness of weld visual, dimensional inspection as per specification
requirements.
Preparation welding & dimensional inspection reports as per
requirements.
Check on execution of the welding works in accordance with
specifications, standards & qualification welder procedures.
Checking Paint Batch Certificate, Prod & Exp date and Paint mixing
Reviewing of all preparation and paint mixing as per manufacturer
data sheet
Check surface profile, Degree of surface Cleanliness, salt
contamination as per project ITP etc
Checking Atmospheric condition, steel temperature, paint storage for
coating application
Checking Anchor profile, WFT & DFT, coating in travels for
structural steel as per project specification
Preparation blasting report and painting reports as per requirement
Preparation of CAPA & rejection Analysis data to minimize the
fabrication errors and customer complaints.
Coordinating with customer and third party inspections.
