Act as single point of Strategic accounts & own executive level relationship with the afflicted customers. Focusing on the long term account strategy, leveraging business & partnership relationship to retain and build toward a full Philips solution & product portfolio standardization. Participate in customer meetings to closure, responsible for account plan & executions
Responsible for providing the formal technical and clinical support during the sales process. Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives for their geography. Responsibilities may also include ongoing post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support.
Regional Business Manager manages all sales activity for CT & AMI portfolio within an assigned region. Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers. Identifying new customer opportunities. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. This includes the setting of success criteria, providing leadership for achievement of goals for the regional sales team.
Build & manage the ISC demo image database for our CT portfolio, consolidating the best cases from different regions to better promote our CT Solution & support new product introductions & trin regional demonstrators. Collect Clinical Competitive intelligence to develop competitive arguments for sales teams . Provide clinical marketing support to the regions (Workshop, Customer Swings..) Collect voice of customers to feed the innovation process & test new ideas.
