management team.
Kick of meeting with in house project management regarding the quality and inspection
requirements, Resource calculation(Inspector requirements for the project, NDT
technicians, Third Party Involvement, Over Seas Inspection requirement, Forecast Cost
calculation ( Testing of materials, TPI, Overseas Inspection based on the feed documents
like data sheet, specification etc).

Preparing and getting approval of project specific documents like PQP, Inspection Test

Performing and guiding comprehensive inspection of storage tanks, process units,
structures, piping, valves, pumps, package units, aluminum dome roofs etc.
Checking the interface of civil to mechanical and mechanical to mechanical as per
drawing.
Performing painting, coating and galvanizing inspection of materials.
Ability to read and visualize various drawings (GA, Isometric P &ID etc) and legends.
Ability to interpret Codes and standards.
Anchoring weekly QAQC meeting with client regarding quality issues.
Preparing and reviewing Test Package, Punch List and Final Quality dossier for project.
Handing over of the project to the commissioning Team and assist them in
commissioning activities.
Coordinating with the sub-contractors and vendors for compliance of defect notification
up to the liability period.
