Development:
- Expert in Analysis, design & develop new custom Maximo applications, as per client requirement.
- Working in Development with All Maximo components:
Application designer, workflows, integrations, Java Classes, Automation scrips, reporting, Email Listener, etc.
- Following the Change Standard process:
- Meeting with business users to understand their needs and gather requirements.
- Develop the agreed changes on development servers, and perform internal test scenarios.
- Move the deployment package to test server for (QA) Quality Assurance team Test.

Support:

- Responsible for all deployments (classes, WAS/Maximo configuration, Integrations, API, SSL, etc.)
- Responsible for performance fine-tuning and fixing all performance-related issues
- Responsible for all integration and the related configuration (JMS, WS, etc.)
- Discuss and respond to new requirements / new projects (including providing solutions and estimated time).
- Coordinate with the audit section and security section when required.
Training:
- Provide training manuals, functional-technical documentation, training sessions and workshops to staff.
