Successfully rolled-out the first ever set of 32 clinics in partnership between two largest, most prominent hospitals of the country (HMC- SIDRA). Chaired the workforce group, integrated the HR function, covering staffing, legal/contracts, Learning & Development, drafting workforce policies & procedures and employee manuals, ensuring protection and career enhancement of employees.
Launched set-up of three new hospitals within the corporation including 700+ staff transfers and recruitment, policies, procedures, transfers and onboarding of staff. Delivered first Staff Separations Center across the organization for a mass separation of 800+ staff efficiently, by slashing the process cycle time down by 3 months. Established HRBP model by initiating white paper for decentralized HR business model for strategic planning. Led exercise for conducting training needs assessment & managed, organized technical trainings for approx. 700 staff across organization & . customer services trainings for more than 80 HR staff.
