Project Manager

About the company: Sensis is a worldwide distributor of electronic devices for self-service kiosks, terminals, and ATMs such as hardware, touch screens, or cash handling, overall its 20 different product categories with 1000+ models. With its own R&D department company carry on system integration projects for HoReCa, Banks, Government, E-commerce, and any area where automatization can be applied.

My team: I was part of the operations department, where was the Operations Director, marketing specialist, and me as a market analyst.

Responsibilities: Feasibility study or any kind of analysis with further projects assistant for company owner, and Directors of Sales, Product, Procurement and Operations.

Projects:
1) Plastic raw materials from India to Russia / Kazakhstan:
Distribution of PVC compounds and PET resin & sheets from Indian factories and import to Russia and Kazakhstan. For that I lived in India for 3 months.
I visited Indian factories, study the process of manufacturing and products. Conducted Secondary research of international markets and found 55 potential clients. Partnershiped with Russian Trade Representation in India, Russian bank in India, and several logistic and distributor companies. Created price map of project costs, and organized procurement process.

Result: the order of a test sample for 22 tons for Russian companies.

2) Project sourcing and procurement of different product worldwide.
Working with sourcing platforms like Alibaba or doing manual sourcing in China, Thailand, India, Europe, UAE and so on, conducted Terms & Conditions negotiation, transportation planing and Price optimization.
Products sourced: Electronic devices for Self-service Machines, Spare parts for automobile, Luxury Cars, Snowmobiles and bikes, Computer components, Spare parts for bikes, Stainless steel and so on.

3) Launch of Logistic company:
My team was involved in the launching of a new transportation company for importing goods from other countries to Russia. I found and conducted a competitive analysis of 100 logistics companies operating in the USA, Europe, and Russia, and created a roadmap of interaction with the Russian market.

Result: A commercial transaction with an attracted company from the USA.

4) Market Analysis - ATMs for cryptocurrency From Russia to the USA
For that was done a Marketing research, conducted in-depth interviews with cryptocurrency experts in several countries and created sample of self-service terminal with R&D team for the sale to USA.

Result: Cost & Profit analysis shown that the project is not competitive.

5) Analysis of Micromarket industry in Russia and their main player - Briskly
Comprehensive analyses included Secondary market Research, Product evaluation, metrics used such as SWOT, PESTLE, Porter 5 Forces and meetings with market players. Deep investigation of market main player - Briskly.

Result: The Board of Shareholders decided to suspend the project with high risk factors.

6) Business Development - Roof Screens for main Taxi Company
To enter into new market, together with team of sales managers, procurement and marketing, I was responsible for market analyses, setting up goals and further team coordination.

Result: Developed test sample device for promotion at industry exhibitions.

7) Business Development - Iran Export & Import:
The goal was to find the prospects of partnership with local businesses for export-import projects between the countries. The analysis of the country's economy, import-export rules and the business sector. Ex-head of the Russian trade representative office in Iran and an Iranian business consultant were Involved for the project. Surveys of local businesses, such as banks and the IT sector.

Result: Partnership program with a local consulting company to study the domestic market of Iran.

Responsibilities : With Operations Director I was responsible for analyzing and developing company business process, and assisting Company Owner, Sales, Product and Finance directors with their projects.

Operation Projects:
Integration of CRM system Bitrix24 into company, support, adaptation of 50 employees
Analysis, planning, creation, maintenance and adjustment of departments business processes
Created a knowledge base in CRMn
Created a map of the company's Business Processes between all departments to determine bottlenecks
Was doing daily, weekly, monthly Sales reports and present them in BI dashboards.

Marketing Projects:
With Operations Director constructed a website on Bitrix24 CRM platform for promoting self-service terminals which increased the number of terminal orders from 5 to 100 per month
Launched a promotional website page using CRM Bitrix24 web-designer for subsidiary company from other country by writing tasks for CEO and self-employed designer.
Together with Marketing Manager conducted a B2B telemarketing project to attract the top medical clinic of country, resulted in projects with CMD Clinic and Invitro Clinics.
For Sales Director request for a complex yet simple picture of Parcel Terminal market in Russia with insides for future government project, I analyzed legal relations between market players, studied secondary information, and visualized in Miro tool supply chain map of all Parcel Terminal companies in Russia.

Human Resources Projects:
Created a Corporate Handbook, introduction program for new employees and an entry skill- knowledge test for sales manager candidates.
Was responsible for company introduction and market analyses stages during on-boarding of new team members
Hunting (1000+), interviewing (50+) of potential candidates.

Sales Department Projects:
Supported government-1 year project, and organized Product, Service, Law and Sales teams for creating 58 Technical Documents of electronic devices with further project support.
Reduced the number of unprocessed project applications until 0 and response time to the application from 1 day to 1 hour.
