Responsible for the Planning and Production of strip winding machines & supplying for 100 moulds(approx) in curing.
Responsible of Handling a team of 100 workmen by allocation of work, monitoring performance and ensuring discipline on the shop floor.
Minimizing bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximum utilisation of men, material & machine.
Responsible for timely delivery, quality and inventory.
Ensuring the materials for daily and weekly production.
Changing the plan as per the curing requirement.
Continuously working to adhere the daily plan and monthly plan
Daily review of production output Vs plan.
Scrap monitoring and Controlling time loss.
Maintaining 5S in Shop floor.
Knowledge in SPC tools and kaizen activities.
Training the front line employees in 5S, Safety, QC Tools, Suggestion schemes, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen, Work Instruction, and Control Plan.
