Dealing Customer complaints, New product developments & Technical Support to Plant Production.
Analytical support of Thermal, Rheology, Mechanical and Physical properties testing to Internal & External customers.
Technical support to BTX Plant (Butene, Tolunene, Xylene)
Product Development & Additive dosage optimization. Coordination with Regulatory affirs.
Training of the staff and work as mentor for analytical technical support.
Responsible to handle the research activities and mentoring Analytical activities.
Attended customer plant visits to develop new customers & coordinate for the new application of products.
• Petro Rabigh is an integrated Refinery cum Petrochemicals plant which is in collaboration between Saudi Aramco & Sumitomo, Japan. It is one of the largest integrated plant of Upstream and downstream. It produces crude oil, ethane, petrochemical products and Polymers such as LLDPE (Gas Phase), HDPE (Slurry), Polypropylene (Gas Phase). They have set up a Product Development Centre to cater the needs of Customers, Technical Support to Plants and Market Support.
Coordinating for setting up analysis for volatiles, upstream using Rheology (Rotational Rheometer), Thermal Analysis (DSC, TGA).
Working as team member for Pipe Grade (HDPE) development and Optimization of Additive dosages.
Analysis of Finished Products such as Moulded parts, Film.
Development for the new test methods according to the customer needs.
Training of the Staff and preparation of SOP according to ISO:9001.
Coordinator for CAPEX, OPEX Budget preparation.

Tasnee is the second largest petrochemicals in KSA, producing LDPE, HDPE & PP. This company is JV with LBI, Germany. They have set up a Plastic Research centre, Jubail, KSA. This caters the Upstream, Downstream of the polymer production & customers respectively. It is taking part in Cluster Development Programme.
I am coordinating on the new projects and diversification.
Setting up of the Laboratory from initial, project stage to commissioning.
Preparation of Specification for Equipments, Placement of equipments, Design of Lab, Arrangement of Utilities.
Responsible for the analysis of MWD (GPC), Rheology (Capillary Rheometer), DG Column Preparation
Coordination with vendors for equipments, Lab furniture, Cluster Development Programme.
