•Data storage Security & virus protection
•Network Planning & configuration, Wireless Internet server maintenance & trouble shooting, Hardware& software support to online Examinations & security of LAN/WAN
•Mobile communications &trouble shooting of Blackberries
•Lotus trouble (client side) shooting
•Lotus password problem in client side
•Lotus archive and compact issues in client side
