Working in the Banking Software Applications (Web & Mobile). Have played key role in design and development of Applications like ATM Limit, Card Details, Card Replace, .NET Framework upgrade, Mule Jobs Upgrade from 3.9.4 to 4.4 etc.

As a technical lead and senior resource of the Team my job involves gathering requirements, customer interactions, planning and allocating work to the team members, providing technical leadership to members within the team and outside the team, carry out proof of concepts on latest technologies and review the feasibility of new technologies which can be leveraged.

I am still hands on with coding and work on c#, asp.net mvc, winforms and sharepoint technologies. I also mentor other junior to mid range developers and provide assistance to them.

Worked as a consultant at Stryker (Gurgaon). Key role was design and development of new applications using .NET. Also provide support to the Entire EMEA Region from Bangalore.
