Tracking and monitoring the invoice ageing of the agent. Making allocation of the payment as per Agent’s allocation details and confirmation.
Assists agent for their inquiries about invoices, credit notes, statement of account, refund issues, available balance and some other relative concerns.
Facilitates in receiving and updating receipt for the payment of the agent and furnishing relative documents.
Facilitates the Direct Debiting and Travel Automated Payment System
Reminds agent reaching 70% of their credit limit and this be done thru sending email and making phone call. And Assists agent in facilitating TCL request.
Facilitates agent’s request in mapping the bookings and coordinates to Operation Team for some Agent’s bookings concerns
