I am responsible for offering technical support to our largest customer base including government institutions, corporate businesses...etc specifically in networking, endpoint protection, firewalls, unified communication such as ip phones for call centers, video conferencing, software and hardware configurations.
I am responsible to work with different vendors through understanding their products with a purpose of learning and offering technical support to clients.
I also deal with SEO including google analytics, digital marketing and Graphic design.
building networking LAN, Configuring Servers, Computer Maintenance, Satellite and Mobile Communication, Electronic circuits on breadboard, Databases...etc.
