Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing assistance in the use of personal computer hardware and software; setting up and configuring desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts assigning security levels.
• Installing the software and installing and repairing hardware and peripherals; troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, implementing corrective action and/or escalating to other technical resources as appropriate.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting all network and computer-related issues and also integrating security, and physical control solutions for all confidential data and systems.
• Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users.
• Integrating and configuring computer networking for best performance and also administering user accounts.
• Designing and producing basic reports and also transfer computer files between platforms.

thus increasing tax collection by 11.3% compared to the previous 5.1%.
• Utilized effective preventive and predictive maintenance techniques for computer repair and
maintenance, improving efficiency by 25% while minimizing downtime by 15%.
• Established a linkage between ICT, Business and Process Re-engineering units in aligning
processes by identifying candidate areas for re-engineering for 600+ staff and stage holders.
