To provide good understanding of all the roles involves on a projects, provide accurate values for project costing estimating task duration and provide maximum profit for project stakeholder
1. Give full assistant to the Project Manager in all activities required to be delivered in the site on timely manner and required Quality/Quantity.
2. Define the project materials, man powers and equipment needed to finish the works assigned on time without delays.
3. Assist Project Manager in Governing and oversight of project activities.

Estimator & Quantity Surveyor.
1. Estimator/Quantity Surveyor is to provide good understanding of all the roles involves on a projects, provide accurate values for project costing estimating task duration and provide maximum profit for project stakeholder.
From Civil engineering course i shift to BS in Architecture form 1985 to 1985 until i completed & finish my 5 years college education, under the Scholarship of land bank of the philippines. ( PD GRANTEE SCHOLARSHIP).
I study Civil engineering from 1st to 3rd year before i shifted to B.S in Architecture from 1981 to 1985.
I study and Graduated in National teachers college ( High school department as a working student until i finish 5 years. I receive the highest grade of 92% in National College Entrance Examination.
