•Checking & verification of material from the suppliers which is to be delivered & approved by the site / technical manager.
•Coordinate with the warehouse personnel regarding material which is approved & inspected.
•Received material which is already approved and make sure that the quality controller / engineer is already inspected.
•Coordinate with the warehouse personnel & the end user regarding material which is priority for delivery / issuance.
•Coding & encoding of material which the PO received by the warehouse personnel.
• Inventory physically or with the system, weekly. Monthly so that the material is to be controlled.
