• Created the workflow pipeline for the 3D department. Starting from images to generating Realistic 3D Models and Texture that are compatible with AR &VR and Apple Vision OS, including virtual try on experience. Cutting down costs and increasing production volume.
• Worked on the very first virtual E-Commerce project for StockX for Apple Vision OS which made international headlines.
• Responsible for Team Management, managing the communication between the team, assigning tasks, unblocking team members for a smooth workflowfor everyone in the team to achieve the best results acting as multiple departments as one person.
• Fully responsible for everything related to 3D, from creating the pipeline to Quality Checking and testing in Apple Vision OS. Model, texture and file size optimization.
• Engaging with clients, creating demos, showcasing virtual product qualities and making sure we deliver exactly what the clients need.
• Handling communication with the vendors to make sure everything is created in the highest quality without compromise. Involved in AI training for texture and model creation, helping with polishing the end results, quality checking the results and providing insight to constantly improve quality.

Lead 3D Artist at Unity Technologies

● Created a repeatable Virtual IPO Interactive Streaming product from scratch in partnership with
NYSE x Unity as the Lead/Senior 3D Artist.
● Partnered with 25+ clients and delivered 7 different project types: (1) Interactive Streaming, (2)
Metaverse, (3) Virtual IPO, (4) 3D Billboard Tools, (5) Broadcasting Tools, (6) 360 Experiences and
(7) Car Build and Price Tools, sums up to a total of 30 projects.
● Created a Sun Light Tool that creates different lighting for each client IPO day.
● Created 3D Models, Scenes, Textures, Lighting, Animation, Rendering and completed a
departments work alone, resulting in team save cloud rendering and extra labor on HC costs.
● Played a key role in transitioning from Blender/E-Cycles to Unity Engine by cutting the render
time from 5 days to 5 hours. Leading the team to save yearly 200, 000$ of Artist salary and cloud
rendering services combined.
● Helped create a simultaneous compositing tool in Unity Engine that keeps client textures
consistent, the team saving 5, 000$ per client for extra labor.
● Worked on creating the Figma Token tool to easily create texture packs for the client artwork
making the texture pack export process take under a minute.
● Collaborated to create repeatable 3D Billboard Tool Technology that can turn every digital
billboard to 3D Experience. Expanded services we provided to NYSE and client vIPO day.
● Managed Character Artists, Character Riggers, Character Animators, Technical Artists and
Designers build smooth pipelines in 5 different projects.
● Worked on Harley Davidson and Mercedes 3D Experiences in Unity Engine, worked on Figma x
Unity Integration where non engineers can make Interface changes.
● Successfully completed Unity Leadership training, Co-Founded Leadership Training Sessions with
managers to help other Artists improve their leadership, communication, problem solving skills,
discuss new pipelines, share experiences and grow as a team and department.

● Worked on Brio Engine to create Interactive 3D scenes in Brio Engine, templates, E-Commerce

testing. My efforts helped the developers work more efficiently and deliver results 25% faster.

● Learned using Reality Capture tool to photoshoot, model and texture the client products.
● Created, edited Tutorials on how to use the Brio Engine that is used by the Marketing department
to promote the tool.
● Our successful work led to Brio Engine getting acquired by Adobe.

● Challenge was to optimize the Rhino CAD models by modeling clean topology that can be
animated, textured, rendered, composited without losing performance or render time.
● Learned and adapted to the Redshift pipeline within 3 days.
● Further contributed to the project by translating Turkish to English narrative Discovery Channel
Studio in Toronto for the Mighty Ships episode.

● Worked with (2) Developers, (2) Technical Artists, 3D Artists, team of 5, to deliver WebGL, VR &

assets and lastly from deploying it to testing it in WebGL, AR & VR.
● Worked around the technical limits of WebGL, AR & VR polygon counts, texture sizes to deliver
