• In this position, focused on B2B and B2C sales, communication with customers involves providing guidance for their careers and selling the training program
• Communicating with over 120 students daily via phone to address their inquiries, followed by engaging with nearly 10 individuals for consultations and converting them into sales
• Preparation of daily and weekly reports on CRM systems, closely monitoring sales activities, and managing tasks written and tracked in the Notion.
-To execute the sales of chemical substances, either based on the demand of global and local companies or through winning tenders. I secured 8 major-volume tenders (each valued at 2.5 million) that I personally applied for
-Management of 3 projects for Waste Water Treatment and 2 projects in the Oil and Gas sector, involving regular visits to regional companies, conducting necessary discussions for project requirements, and overseeing the process leading up to contract signing
-Control over the stage of delivering products to the buyer, based on having fundamental logistics skills with INCOTERMS 2010 knowledge
-To support sales, attending both domestic and international trade fairs and arranging B2B meetings
-Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and infographics
-In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
