• Directly responsible for the technical delivery of Structural Engineering design on projects including blast resistant structural analysis and design.
• Technical performance for Structural Engineering design on projects.
• In collaboration with the Structural Engineers and detailers, contribution to the development of robust Technical Management Systems for Structural Engineering that creates a systematic and consistent approach to Structural Engineering design to embrace the underlying requirements Design Principles of various projects.
• Continual coordination and engagement to maximize the utilization and contribution of the contracting company, in Structural Engineering design commitments.
• Actively monitor the Structural Engineering basis of appointment to ensure that unapproved variations are not introduced to the Structural Engineering design process. In the event of variation, identify the cost and time impact of the same to the Project Managers & other units such as steel fabrication, aluminium fabrication, stainless steel & Joinery divisions, for their agreement to proceed and their confirmation of recovery of the associated variation from their Projects Clients prior to implementation of any changes to the design.
• Collaboration with all Technical divisions execution Unit Engineers/Architects and Lead Engineers/Architects to ensure that design solutions are commercially efficient in terms of design effort to complete across all disciplines and do not create risk to the company.
• Assist the tender department by giving preliminary designs or redesigns with best suitable economical and safe options for building structures and occasional site inspections. Involve in site coordination meetings and works as technical advisor and coordinator for all the divisions of the company, including but not limited to structural issues, MEP coordination etc.

• Involved in structural analysis design and detailing of various both precast concrete and cast in situ concrete steel & aluminium structures. Preparation of
