(Business Units: Contracting, Marine Services, Trading, Training Institute & Medical Trading)
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting for multi-entity operations across trading, construction, and marine service divisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including inter-company reconciliations and elimination entries for multiple legal entities.
- Analyze business unit profitability and deliver executive-level MIS reports, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and financial performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage project accounting activities for contracting operations, including project costing, budgeting, WIP
schedules, contract profitability analysis, retention accounting, variation orders, and cost-to-complete
assessments.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition requirements for long-term contracts and project-based service agreements.
- Managed inventory valuation, landed cost allocation, inventory aging analysis, and gross margin reporting to support profitability and working capital optimization.
- Oversee revenue recognition, deferred income accounting, student receivables, and profitability reporting for training institute operations.
- Coordinate banking relationships, bank guarantees, letters of credit, liquidity planning, and treasury activities to support working capital and business operations.
- Oversee accounting for regulated medical products and equipment inventory, including inventory turnover analysis, expiry provisions, profitability assessments, and VAT compliance requirements.
- Perform group consolidation and inter-company eliminations for diversified entities
- Oversee multi-currency accounting, FX revaluation, VAT, ZATCA, and GOSI compliance activities.
- Develop financial models, cash flow projections, and management reports to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, HR, and project teams to align financial controls with business activities.
- Drive ERP workflows, accounting automation, and reporting accuracy across departments.
