- Provide security recommendations for new technology
- Play a security advisory role in Projects

Information Security awareness
- Prepare Security awareness training program and deliver the same to employees
- Plan and circulate security awareness mailers

- Manage and create new user accounts in Active Directory, Create distribution lists, local/global, etc.
- Provide 2nd level support on all applications / Citrix /network /desktop /laptop /online tools, etc.
- Correlate with the IT vendors for the service of existing products and order for new systems.
- Improve & enforce the processes to minimize/resolve incidents and execute user service requests across end user and Resolution group within Daman.
- Train and mentored new hires and junior staff members.
- A wide range of experience on printers/scanner installation/troubleshooting on varies brands.
- Client installations like Citrix, Rightfax VMware installation and configuration. Network printers & plotter installation and maintenance.
- Microsoft office Suite products installation and desktop support.
- Prepare knowledge database on all product/software installation/configuration for future use.

- Installation of anti-virus software and hard disk files recovery services.
- Provided helpdesk support and onsite service visit for our Branches and showrooms.
- Troubleshooting of the system with LAN, WAN networks and internet.
- Maintenance and configuration of network devices such as hub, switch and routers.
