Originated over $9 million dollars in residential financing that was packaged for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for Mortgage Backed Securities. Part of a project team based on site at a 40 story tower in downtown Chicago.

Part of team that originated and managed over $125 Million USD in construction financing throughout the Las Vegas valley at a time it was the fastest growing city in the United States.
