Strategic & Core HR Experience
Build and maintain effective relationships with the Promoters and key stakeholders by Identifying and diagnose issues through a variety of techniques strategy including interpreting management information and observing behavior.
Intervene at appropriate times, informing and influencing the interventions required in the business agenda.
Develop & Partner with HR plans that are fully aligned to business goals, and operational plans contract with all stakeholders about the delivery of HR advice and services.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting: hands-on expertise of organization manpower planning and functional budgeting; monitoring & tracking of approved plans. Design workforce strength for green-field projects in consultation with the Project Head / external project consultants.
Continually monitor performance levels and track and evaluate the benefits of all HR related delivered initiatives.
Maximizing and standardizing process efficiency and create a data pool to enable decision making data and deliver to agreed timelines ensuring business objectives are met.
Talent Acquisition: hands-on expertise into Leadership, Corporate & Sales functions including bulk-hiring models, with a sharp focus on driving candidate experience, speed of execution and efficiencies (Position closed in a year for Nigeria operations - close to 300).
Contributed to the group’s growth. Workforce strength has moved from 250 to 900 in 4 years.
People Policies: conceptualized, created & implemented differentiated People Policies & Practices in line to business priorities.
Performance Management System: co-created and driven Career Path, enablers such as KPIs and deterrents through Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for underachievers, besides managing PMS execution at the organization level. (Varied Population up to 900)
Talent Management & Succession Planning: identified Critical Roles, Competencies and Potential Successor(s), and basis Competency Assessment worked on Talent Development & Resource Deployment
