Responsibilities
 Managing reseller or partner in Middle East Region for POC, Implementation and Post Technical support.
 Well versed in XenApp 6.0- 1X and XenDesktop 1X. Design, Deploy, Implementation and administration of citrix Farm/site and windows servers.
 Managing Citrix-Site including Delivery controller, Machine catalog, Delivery group, Store front, database, License Server, Director and scout.
 Troubleshoot VDA registration, Users login issue for LAN and remote users, Slow logon and printing issues.
 Managing Apps and desktop delivery using MCS/PVS for persistent and Non- persistent users.
 Technical support over Netscaler or other citrix products while getting issue during the POC of Liquidware LAB or Goliath Performance Monitor and Goliath for Netscaler.
 Managing Load balancing of store front, delivery controller and Exchange server.
 Migration from Citrix 7.6 to 7.X.
 Using inbuilt tools and utility of Citrix and Windows to find out the root cause of the issues like Slow login,
Application Launching issue, database not responding, Authentication issues LDAP, Radius or SAML.
 Managing users profile through UPM.
 Managing Citrix Netscaler- Access Gateway and Load balancing for Storefront and delivery Controller.
 Managing session policy for Applications.
 Managing and troubleshot issues related to Printer driver and conflicting print drivers.
 Creating and managing virtual machines and templates.
 Manage VMs using VMware Virtual center and Xencenter.
 Configuring of citrix policies, load management and printers in the Farm/Site.
 Deliver Application, Desktop and manage the associates sessions.
 Expertise in creating streaming profiles and publishing applications to users in citrix xenapp and xendesktop environment.
 POC and Technical support of citrix enterprise customers for managing users profile through third party tool.
 POC and technical support of citrix customer for improve users login time.
 Manage and troubleshoot Workspot-VDI, Liquidware LAB, Goliath, 10 ZiG, ZeeTim, Compuverde, Vembu, Wanpulse, Tricert.
 Coordinate and do POC with reseller and end customer to achieve the success criteria of POC.
 Test and POC of Goliath and Liquidware LAB over Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
 Technical support and consultant for improving end users login time by help of LWL profile unity.
 POC and technical support for preventing delay of application and desktop delivery in citrix.
 Technical support and consultant to minimize application load on master image by Application layering techniques-FlexApp.
 Technical support and consultant for managing user profile, profile cleanness on Xenapp and application right management.
 Technical support and consultant Printer management on premises and cloud infrastructure with the help of Screwdriver.
 Technical support and consultant for Software defined storage and HCI for VDI solution.
 Technical support and consultant for managing entire infrastructure and remediation and alert techniques before end users Impacted Or Devices failure with help of Goliath suit.
 Technical support and consultant for visibility of VDI users and scaling parameter for VDI expansion.
 Managing projects and POC like Louvre Abu Dhabi, Union Properties, Mazaya real estate, ADCB Bank, Albarakh, Muscat Bank, Tawuniya, Hamad Medical, Sultan Quboos, Sky Line university, Sharjah Univ., Al-Ain Univ.
