• Support Operations activities, such as server maintenance, backup and upgrades.
• Remote login and troubleshooting of Cisco Servers, Routers, Switches.
• Troubleshooting Windows servers, Exchange servers, routers, network connectivity issues (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi/Ethernet, Exchange).
• Create Active Directory and Exchange users.
• Co-ordination with the Customer, Providing with 7*24 NOC as well as Field operations.
