 Coordination and Arranging/Assisting Internal and External Auditors.
 Scrutinizing and Reconciling Ledger Accounts
 Supervising the existing Accounting Staff and Training New Accounting Staff.
 Maintaining General Accounts through system generated reports.
 Accounts Office Management & Customer Relations representing the Accounts Dept.
 Monitoring and Coordinating the LPOs and Quotations representing the Sales Dept.
 Tracking the Machinery Lists and Maintenance Schedule of Machineries.
 Following up for the Timesheets, Delivery Notes and Invoices.
 Maintaining General Accounts through system generated reports.
 Maintaining cash Flow, handling of Petty cash and Day to Day transactions.
 Preparing payment Vouchers, Petty Cash Vouchers, Invoices and Receipts.
 Following up with customers representing the Accounts Receivables.
 Responsible for all banking transactions and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
 Opening and Closing of Jobs, taking into account all the expenses incurred job wise.
 Preparing and monthly Payroll and arranging all documents required for Auditing.
