• Budgeting and financial forecasts for tracking with actual.
• Supervise day to day activities of Accounts & Finance department.
• Make new systems, procedures and documentation.
• Study internal control and implement suitable method if any weakness.

• Coordinate with sales department to analyze the performance of sales staff.
• Help the management to assess the performance of the company for taking the measures for increasing the profit.
• Help the management to rank the various activities like quantity of sale, contribution of sale, performance of sales staff & production staff etc.
• Help the management for reduction of overhead by analyzing the trend.
• Coordinate with sales department for receivables.
• Help the management to take the decision of making contract with international brands by comparative analysis of terms and conditions.
