• Quantity Take off for Payments, Variations and ordering materials.

• Preparing the Bill of Quantities

• Preparing of the Rate Analysis

• Verifying progress measurements in coordination with Site Engineers

• Preparing Main contractor’s interim progress payments

• Preparing Sub-Contractors progress payment claims, measurement and certification

• Notification, assessment, submission and settlement of all main Contractor’s variations, claims and extension of time claims.

• Maintain records of site measurements and quantities.

• Timely entries of all Main Contract & Subcontract Payment Certificates.

• Assessment and settlement of Sub-Contract’s variations/claims.
• Settlement of provisional sum & prime cost items.

• Preparing the main and sub-contractor’s final account and project close out

• Handling all contractual correspondence in co-ordination with Project Manager and Contracts Manager

• Any other job related to the Contracts department based on the project requirements, assigned by the management from time to time such as tender risk evaluation and other project administration
