• Providing stylish design solutions in ordinance with international standards by being abreast of the latest trends.
• Evaluate clients needs and prepare presentations that provide total individualized design solution.
• Develop design concept, sell and promote company products and services within customer’s specifications and budget. Contribute to the growth and maintenance of the design portfolio
• Establish customer relationship and render consultation on designs. Provide client support and after sale services.

• Expertise in Design Styles include but not limited to - Luxury, Contemporary, Modern, Minimalistic, Retro, Rustic, Mediterranean, Classic, Vintage, Victorian etc.
• Headed outreach meetings with clients needing a complete end-to-end interior solution.
• Worked closely with clients to understand their brief, leading to a detailed research to create a complete design concept for the project. Ensured timely delivery of client orders providing high standards of client satisfaction.
• Conducted design meetings, Organised & overlooked AutoCAD drawings, estimates and costings, detailed drawing packages, mood & sample boards, 3D visuals. Procured sample materials, visuals and detailed cost of project.
• Interact with contractors and vendors for rates, quality and timely delivery of products and services.
• Travelled extensively with clients overseas and within the country to source and select furniture items and accessories.
• Lead, trained and motivated a team of designers and draftsmen. Projects included Boutique Hotels, High end Residences, Holiday Homes and Retail spaces
• Managed store operations, sales, building client relations, and providing after sales support.
• Redesigned and restructured the product portfolio. Analyzed current and future designs based on trends and customer purchase history.
• Interacted with clients to understand requirements, and designed unique custom-made furniture.
• Worked closely with the Design Head and co-coordinated with craftsman and vendors to execute designs and implementation of quality standards. Supervised designs and deliveries from concept to completion.
• Created and supervised execution of designs for participation in furniture shows to enhance various facets and phases of brand development.
• Maintained client relationships, developed new clients through exhibitions and trade shows like ‘Zayin’ and ‘Furniture Design Guild’ for 4 consecutive years.
• Handled Marketing and PR activities through varied Media channels: Print, online, social media, etc.
