Creates and maintains the production schedule in a weekly basis so that significantly reduced production down time.Ensure that all policies and procedures were followed and completed risk assessment before and after production and monitoring all existing manufacturing process to increase efficiency and reduce cost such as possible. Ensures operation of equipments by calling for repairs and preventive maintenance. Conducting staff training to increase productivity and ensuring quality of final product by verification
of standards apply.
