Meticulous Planning Engineer applying knowledge of plant operations to ensure the cost-effective completion of various projects. Provide necessary planning techniques to company/client and guidance in developing and adopting a practical but transparent system of progress measurement method and structure, aligning with the Plan’s WBS, and establish planning deliverables.

•Receiving the Inquiry from the Client and studying it.
•Visiting the site to study the nature of work to be carried out and resources available at site.
•Working out the estimate for the Job based on the Inquiry and site visit.
•Preparing the Quotation for the Job and getting it approved by the management.
•Submitting the Quotation to the Client and following it up for Order.
•Planning the Project as per Client’s Schedule and resources available / required.
•Submitting the Schedule to the Client for approval and updating it if required by Client.
•Identifying the Critical Path in the Schedule and monitoring those tasks closely.
•Updating the progress of the Project on daily / weekly basis.
•Planning of the resources involved in the Project and arranging the same if unavailable.
•Execution of the Project as
Interacting with the customer and gaining the ideas of their requirements.
•Designing the Equipment as per ASME standards.
•Preparing the design drawing as per the customer requirements using AutoCAD software and sending it to the customer for approval.
•Preparing the shop floor drawings.
•Preparing the Bill of Quantity.
•Planning the Fabrication of the Equipment and arranging the raw materials required.
•Arranging the testing of the Raw materials procured by sending the samples to the Certified Laboratory.
•Guiding the fabricators at critical stages of fabrication.
•Planning and arranging for sub-contract by enquiring and finalizing the offers with the best contractors available.
•Procurement of the brought-out items as per the Bill of Quantity, by looking out for the best products with respect to the Quality and Price available in market.
•Conducting Inspection of the Fabricated Vessel by checking out all the dimensions of the Vessel, to meet the designed values.
•Conducting the Pressure Test of the Fabricated Vessel as per the Test pressure values and preparing the suitable certificates.
•Maintaining all the documents related to the Project.
•Preparing the Project completion report and other documents related to the project.

Designing the Racks as per the client’s requirements and sending it to the client for approval.
•Preparing the part drawings for shop floor work.
•Developing the part drawing for punching the sheets.
•Preparing the Bill of Quantity.
•Guiding the fabricators at critical stages of fabrication.
•Looking over the process until the first sample is prepared and approved by the quality department
