Structural steel work, Architectural works, MEP works, HVAC, Fire Alarm, ICT, CCTV,
BMS, Electrical Dry Utilities, Mechanical Wet utilities, Cup Washing Machine supply &
installation, furniture, Roads, & Infrastructure, etc. Project value 154 million Saudi Riyals.


3. Amaala - Triple Bay (Marina) Infrastructure & Earthworks.
Scope of work for Amaala - Triple Bay for Early Earthworks & Infrastructure Phase-1:
Site preparations, Earthworks - Cut & Fill, cut in mountains & shoreline, demolition of
Coast Guard buildings, construction & maintenance of access road from Highway-5 to
TB site and from HW-5 to Miraya (An-Numan Rd). Project value 183 million Saudi Riyals
VO: Supply & installation of Coast Guard offices.


Responsibilities as Project Director:

A). Responsibilities in Tenders Management:
 Participating and working for the business development of the organisation.
 Receiving RFP / RFQ /ITT for EPC projects new tenders from the clients NEOM, RedSea Global (RSG) - Amaala & Red Sea Dev. Co.
 Attending the job-ex conference meetings and site visits conducted by the clients.

Contract, BI 10-09003-0098, Project value is SAR 327, 890, 000.
Scope of work carried out by CONTRACTOR for Saudi Aramco Tanajib Gas Plant
and its associated facilities for site preparation including but not limited to the following:
Cut & Fill, soil improvement & compaction, fences, asphalt roads, road lighting, culverts,
utility ducts, parking areas, road signages, traffic signals and road markings etc.

Responsibilities as Project Manager:
 Reporting to the General Manager and is responsible for execution of the project.
 Communicating with the key stakeholders SAPMT, CSD and PID Key Personal.
 Review the detailed Project Execution Plan (PEP), Quality Management Plan, Safety Management Plan and Traffic Management Plan (TMP) etc. for SAPMT approval.
 Review Hazard Identification Plan (HAZID)/ HIP to Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention Department for review/approval.
 Review the WBS, get approval from SAUDI ARAMCO and this WBS shall be used for all aspects of the WORK, including, but not limited to, Project Execution Plan and WORK Schedule development, Progress Reporting and Invoicing for Payment.
 Compaction done by using Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC) by using advanced RDC Technology, this activity is done by the specialized subcontractor TREVI Arabian Soil Contractors (Trevi ASC).

 Review method statement of soil improvement/compaction, pre/post-improvement tests.

Responsibilities as Project Manager:

Karnataka, on BOT basis, 4 lane of 123 K.M. long. The project cost is 4.70 Billions.

3. Various major structures of Bridges and Flyovers etc. Other structures of Road Over
Bridges, Cattle /Pedestrian /Vehicular Under Passes, Box/Pipe Culverts and Utility Ducts.


Responsibilities as Projects Manager:
 Responsible for Completing the Roads / Highways, Express-ways, Bridges and Flyovers Mega Construction Projects.
 The Highway Projects are related to National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
 Construction of Service Roads near urban areas, Truck lay byes, Bus bays with Bus Shelters, Toll Plazas, and Footpaths / Side-walks etc.
 Erecting the Road Sign Boards, Street Lighting, and Land Scaping & Plantation etc.

Scope for buildings includes detailed Design & Engineering of RCC buildings; including
preparation of design calculations and drawings / documents for all buildings, supply,
construction, inspection & testing, pre-commissioning activities including project
management and supervision at site.
