Work Scope - Preparing the Lighting layout, Small power layout, Fire Alarm layout, Containment layout and Co-ordination drawing with MEP services. Preparing Schedules For all MEP Services.
Preparation of Design Drawing, Shop Drawing and As-built Drawing for MEP Service as Per Authority Rules and Regulations.
Creating families as per the project requirements.
Preparation of Single line drawings, Riser diagrams for Electrical Service.
Preparation of Lighting Layout as per the standard Lux levels manually.
Preparation of Power layouts for sockets & for other special equipments.
Preparation of Earth Protection layout & Lightning protection layout as per required standard.
Formation of Circuits and calculation of loads in each circuits.
Deciding the rating of circuit breakers (MCB's, MCCB's, ACB's) as per Clients Catalogue.
Deciding the Cables Sizes & Type of Cables to be used in-accordance with Load Connected & Location of Cables.
Calculating the size of Cable trays / Cable Trench as per the required standard.
Modification and remodelling the Electrical drawings as per the input of Architecture, HVAC & Plumbing.
Preparation of Bill of quantity for Cable tray, Power, Lighting & Earth conductor.
Preparation of Cost Estimation sheet from BOQ .
