Responsible to manage client portal application which provides various services to client when they setup business in DIFC. It includes company registration, visa related and property services.
• Working as Techno-functional lead responsible for delivering end to end solution (Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go live and Support)
• Responsible for communicating project updates and conducting weekly / monthly meeting
• Responsible for preparing test cases and involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Responsible for build KPI’s for business users.
• Responsible to manage team, including task distribution, providing any technical support and project design
• Participated in various audit requirements for client portal and helped to define better processes
Developed custom CTI application CloudCall using Apex classes and Visualforce pages on force.com platform.
• Developed CloudCall Salesforce1 app and get approved from Salesforce
• Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various program and project work streams.
• Extensive integration with other systems like, Docusign, FinancialForce, Conga, EmailAge etc.
• Managing projects, troubleshooting problems, meeting deadlines and achieving milestones.
• Planning, managing, and performing application build, test, and deploy activities.
• Updating all stake-holders about the progress of overall application development.
• Participate in team meetings; sales conference calls with customer and/or account teams to position Support Services solutions and meet customers' goals.
• Salesforce.com expert with 3+ years of experience and more than 20 successfully implementations as Technical Architect, Development Lead, and Configuration Developer.
• Extensive Salesforce.com consulting experience in diverse industries. E.g. Retail and Engineering, Professional Services and pharmaceutical.
• Experience and ability to articulate complex technical concepts, mentor and build effective relationships with clients.
• Led one of the largest implementation of Salesfoce project which took over an year to complete.
