Experienced Mechanical Engineer with UAE Equivalency Specialized in Building Maintenance Units (BMU) with responsibility from designing stage till handing over of multiple projects, which includes:
- Hands on experience in numerous projects as Projects Engineer
- Consulting suitable facade access systems to the clients based on the building designs.
- Attending Technical & Coordination meetings with Consultant & Main Contractor
- Designing, preparing Technical/Material Submissions for the Facade Access Systems.
- Preparing Structural Analysis and design calculation for the systems such as monorail, davit, restraint
brackets, rails, base plate & Anchor bolts, pedestals, abseiling brackets etc.
- Taking approvals for the shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, risk assessments etc.
- Coordinating & supervising all the installation works like BMU, Davit system, monorail, abseiling rails & brackets, fall arrest system etc.
- Preparing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Check List & ITPs.
- Testing & Commissioning of projects, preparing As-Built drawings & O&M manuals.
Heat load calculation using Carrier HAP following ASHRAE codes.
Selection of machines according to specifications and site conditions.
Calculation of air flow, duct and pipe sizing using SMACNA standards and pipe sizer and duct sizer software.
Sheet metal calculation, pipe sizing and refnut selection for VRV/VRF systems.
Outdoor HP and gas calculation for VRV/VRF systems.
Preparing shop drawings.
Well versed in costing and planning of projects, design approval, preparation of BOQ and site supervision.
