Manufacturing of various types of electrical switchgear panel boards as per standards like MDB, SMDB, Final DB, VFD panels, PLC Panels, Synchronizing panels, ATS and AMF panels. Load sharing and AMF panels, Motor control panels, Starters, Various Types of Machine control panels, Capacitor panels which is commonly used Schneider, L&T, LS switch gears etc.
Making estimation, quotation, job order, production order, purchase request for the production of panel boards.
Automation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of switchgear panel boards of Schneider, L&T, LS Switchgear Panels.
Responsible to manage all stages of manufacturing of various types of electrical panel boards like Main Panels up to 4000A, PLC Panels, Synchronizing panels, ATS and AMF panels. Load sharing and AMF panels, Motor control panels, Starters, Bus Duct, Various Types of Machine control panels, APFC/Capacitor bank panels etc.
Lead the designing & preparation of electrical panel board drawings using Auto Cad and conversant with SLD, data sheet, specifications, control schematic diagram, power layouts, panel board schedules of substations, power plant, buildings etc. as per electricity & water department (MEW) rules and regulations.
Installation, maintenance, operation, service & trouble shooting of switch gear automation and control panel boards.
Coordinate the complete process at plant and managing workers at the Plant.
Manage timely completion of the projects within the specified time, budget and quality.
Participate in the preparation of the project bids, estimation and other project related submissions including method statements, profiles, shop drawings etc.
Attending meeting with all the stake holders including Government authorities/Consultants/ Contractors.
Prepare comparison of actual v/s estimated quantities for work completed at the work and assessment of work order cost.
Manage/monitor and supervise the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Stores, and Employees etc. of the Plant.
Reports preparation and presentation to the Management team.
Manage and involve all the activities in process of project management and in designing & preparation of electrical engineering drawings using Auto Cad and conversant with SLD, data sheet, specifications, control schematic diagram, power, lighting, Telephone & Data, Fire Alarm, cabling & earthing layouts, panel board schedules and cable schedules for the low, medium and high voltage electrical installations, substations, power plant, buildings etc. as per electricity & water department (MEW) rules and regulations. Review and analyze the schedules submitted by consultants and contractors.
Evaluate the schedules submitted during tender.
Complete the projects within the specified time, cost and quality.
Carry out estimations of all works to be executed on the projects.
Produce cash flow in consultation with the Cost Manager.
Manage schedulers assigned to the ■ Make comparison of actual v/s estimated quantities for work completed at the project and there by calculation of work order cost.
Identify and finalize suitable contractors with the help of the Senior Manager.
Prepare a list of tasks of each contractor. Monitor progress against each task.
Co-ordinate with the suppliers in time.
Give periodic progress reports to the Accounts Department and Senior Manager - Construction.
Evaluate extension of time claims, including concurrent delay and make appropriate recommendations to the project director.
Ensure payments to be made on time to all agencies working at the site.
Prepare total costing of projects. Prepare reconciliation of the project. Carry out the rate analysis for the items.
Verify the bills received from the sites. Verify bills prepared by Site Engineer.
Prepare comparative statements between different projects complete responsibility of various projects.
Coordinate various departments like Design, Purchase, Store, Accounts, Tender and Marketing, Administration and HR, Projects (Engineers and Supervisors).
Check measurement and bills and make arrangements of payments from the client.
Provide assistance to the Project Engineer/Construction Supervisor with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals, to all relevant parties.
Attend progress meetings held at the site as required by the Construction Supervisor. Review the Contractor's progress. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures to the Supervisor.
Generate critical milestones for the construction stage for inclusion in tender documents through detailed discussions with the project team, evaluation of interfaces between buildings/infrastructure.
Implements and present innovative proposals to the client and project team.
Actively seek out schedule optimization opportunities together with project team.
Includes planning to utilize the assets in its maximum efficiency and minimum of cost, to ensure the utilization of materials, men, tools and machines with maximum efficiency. Planning includes creating work orders as per work request for daily job execution. Work order includes asset details, work activity, detailed work operations and allocation of material, machine, and resource requirements for executing each operation by using the software EAM/CRP (Entrepreneur Asset Management) module in ORACLE. Complete the work within the specified time, cost and quality. Compare the actual work order cost and scheduled work order cost and plan to increase the utilization of resources at its maximum level and minimize the cost. Includes performing advanced trouble shooting and repair. Perform routine work and preventive maintenance. Diagnosing mechanical or electrical problem. Use special tools and basic instruments. Supervision of installation and maintenance of all types of Transformers, switch gears, water pumps (centrifugal, submersible), dosing pumps (for chlorination), motors, starters (DOL, star-delta, Soft Starters etc.) and other electrical installations for the entire water fields and stations
