 Purchase planning and monitor purchase order entries in to system as per FC, make sure that supplier delivers on time to meet supply chain requirement
 Monitoring of on-line purchasing systems to analyze potential stock outs, surplus orders and expediting existing orders ensuring timely delivery of goods.
 Dealt with multiple brands and multi categories
 Dealt with components of more than 1000 SKU’s
 Global sourcing of components including primary packaging, RM and secondary packaging from China, Europe, Taiwan, Middle East, India…Etc
 Reviewing supplier performance in terms of LT, quality of goods & meeting deadlines.
 Sourcing reliable and qualified vendors as per defines QC procedures of company.
 Continuous working on cost reduction by developing new suppliers while ensuring existing quality standards
 Reviewing the trend changes in FC and revise purchase policies such as LT, MOQ in system
 Extensive involvement of product development for new products with NPD team
 Ensuring timely payment to suppliers to avoid delay in shipments
 Negotiating best payment terms & credit period with all vendors for the benefit of organization
 Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
 Strategic preparation of procurement policies and establish the same with purchase team.

for availability of all raw materials required for production of Perfumes, Hand wash, Sanitizers, Air freshners and oriental perfume products.
•Raising Purchase orders of required items monthly Wise as per the system requirement
•Confirm the orders after carefully by checking the terms and conditions mentioned in PI
•Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
•Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock as per SOP’s
•Coordinating with the logistic team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
•Resolving QC issues with suppliers and arrange replacements or credit notes within limited time frame.
•Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
•Develops new supply sources where vendors are inadequate.
•Coordinate with various internal departments to achieve common goals of the organization.
